BO571: Four Cuties!

Just look at these adorable kids:

Are they not just precious? All these cuties attend BO-571 in Cochabama, Bolivia. This is another of my favorite projects! We sponsor little Mary from BO-571 and we receive about 5 extra photos of Mary per year! (And frequently her family members are in the photos!)

Andy is 4 years old and his birthday is February 13.

He lives with his father and his mother. At home, duties include running errands. His father is sometimes employed and his mother maintains the home. There are 3 children in the family.

Andy is not presently attending school. Playing with cars is his favorite activity. He also attends church activities regularly.

Nicol is 3 years old and her birthday is February 25.

In her home, Nicol helps by running errands. She lives with her father and her mother. Her father is sometimes employed and her mother is maintains the home. There are 4 children in the family.

Nicol is not presently attending school. Playing with dolls is her favorite activity. She also attends Vacation Bible School regularly.

Evelin is 3 years old and her birthday is April 20.

Evelin lives with her father and her mother. She is responsible for running errands. Her father is sometimes employed and her mother is maintains the home. There are 4 children in the family.

Evelin is not presently attending school. Playing with dolls is her favorite activity. She also attends church activities regularly.

Bella is 3 years old and her birthday is June 6.

Bella makes her home with her father and her mother. Running errands is her household duty. Her father is sometimes employed and her mother is maintains the home. There are 2 children in the family.

Bella is not presently attending school. Singing and playing with dolls are her favorite activities. She also attends church activities regularly.

This project, BO-571, Pucara Grande Student Center is located in Tamborada, 10 km southwest of Cochabamba, Bolivia. Your sponsored child lives in the mountainous community of Tamborada, home to approximately 6,500 residents. Typical houses are constructed of dirt floors, mud and brick walls and corrugated tin roofs. The primary ethnic groups and languages are Quechua, Spanish and Aymara. The regional diet consists of maize, beans, chicken, fish, bread, beef, plantains, rice and potatoes. Common health problems in this area include respiratory infections, diarrhea, malnutrition, tuberculosis and dental problems. Most adults in Tamborada are unemployed but some work on plantations and earn the equivalent of $82 per month.

This community needs secondary school tuition, technical training centers, health centers and libraries. Your sponsorship allows the staff of Pucara Grande Student Center to provide your sponsored child with Bible studies, sports, academic support and technical training. The center staff will also provide recreational activities for the parents or guardians of your sponsored child.
