Happy Thanksgiving Day: Thankful Tree

The kids and I had a great time making a thankful tree. We painted the trunk with brushes and use broccoli as a brush to paint the leaves.

Then we apples for printing and bubble wrap to print onto corn shaped card stock!

Of course we had to print photos of some of our sponsored children (my kids took turns holding each sponsored child's photo in front of the tree, and I plan to send a copy of the photo in my next batch of letters).

And then we wrote what we were thankful for on the corn and apples and taped it to our tree!
